In the long journey of 19 yrs, we have developed customised services according to need of the patient and changing environment. Subjectivity of Ayurveda make us treat every patient in an unique way. Whether it may be consultancy or Panchakarma, we do consider various causative factors and symptoms resulting into various diseases according to age, geographical background, family traits, main dosha constitution (prakriti), psychology ( satva), habits (satmya) , diet (Aahara).

Panchakarma treatments along with the facility of freshly cooked organic diet and extended stay throughout the treatment is our speciality. In the city like Pune, with all convenience and in a serene environment, a patient can go through fully authentic Ayurveda treatment with keen daily observations and suggestions.

Ayurvedic consultation

Comfortable timings like 10 am to 8 pm. Monday to Saturday and 11am - 1pm on Sunday.
Detailed case taking which will include getting knowledge of the present disease as well as knowledge of previous illnesses.
Vaidya arrives at a specific Nidana (Diagnosis) on the basis of dietary, behavioural, psychological causative factors, specific symptoms of specific srotasas (systems), status of Doshas, Dhatus, Agni etc .
The treatment is prescribed in the form of internal medicines or Panchakarmas.
Preliminary case taking for acute conditions like – accidental injuries, Jwara (fevers), kasa(Cough), Pratishyaya (cold), Shiroshula (headaches).

Dietary consultation

Doshas, Dhatus, Malas which are basic elements of human body are made up from Aahara.
Balance or imbalance of these basic elements fully depend on what you eat, how you eat.
Diet is designed for patients considering their nature of work, habits from childhood, office timings etc.
Specially designed diets are suggested for specific conditions like, illness, travel, pregnancy and season.
Frequent monitoring of tuning of diet is required to achieve the necessary effect during Panchakarma.
We think diet control is medical science which is actually underestimated and needs to be explored in its fullest extent in the light of AYURVEDA.

Lifestyle consultation

Travelling, staying late at night and improper lunch and dinner timings are unavoidable factors, which cause heavy deterioration of health.
Consultants at Shubhankar discuss causative factors and how they influence diseases with the patient. Also provide solutions, suggest steps to correct the lifestyle.
Ayurveda clearly defines right and wrong food and behaviours. One can make efforts and change lifestyle to have healthy life.
Regular Panchakarma treatment and Ayurvedic medication are life saver in case of unavoidable circumstances.
Many a times it only works without any medication and Panchakarmas.

Panchakarma

Body Purification treatment (Panchakarma Chikitsa) is carried out at Shubhankar Ayurveda by thorough analysis of the patient’s psychological and physical condition on the basis of Dosha imbalance, Agni (Digestive fire), Rutu (climate) and Sharira Bala (Body Strength ). It is very important that total process is followed with strict discipline and accurately. Therefore, every step is carried out under the supervision of expert Vaidya. Shubhankar Ayurveda is well equipped centre for carrying out all the purification procedures like Vamana (emesis), Virechana (Purgation), Basti (Medicated enemas), Nasya ( Eliminating Doshas through Nose), Raktamokshana (Blood letting)
